Tems has planned her Born in the Wild world tour in support of her highly anticipated debut album.
In addition to the tour dates — her first world tour — the Nigerian singer also revealed Born in the wild cover art as well as cementing the June 7 release date; the LP was originally expected in May, but will now arrive a few weeks later.
Tems will kick off his world tour in Europe in June, before the journey hits North America, starting on August 22 in Miami. It will then circle the US (with a trio of Canadian dates sprinkled in) before the North American leg concludes on October 1 in Los Angeles. From there, she will cross the Pacific for three shows in Australia.
Born in the wild will arrive six years after Tems bowed down with her debut single, 2018’s “Mr Rebel.” In the years since, she’s had a notable rise with her own hits, including 2020’s “Damages” and 2022’s “Free Mind,” as well such as his starring role in Wizkid’s 2021 hit “Essence” and appearance in 2022’s “Essence.” Wait for U” with Future and Drake and a co-write of Rihanna’s “Lift Me Up,” in addition to his own EPs For broken ears It is If Orange were a place. Earlier this month, Tems shared the latest single from Born in the Wild, “Love Me Jeje.” Although the album is still a month away from release, Tems has yet to share the full track list.
