Computer Science Faculty Position Announcement
KIMEP University invites applications for teaching positions (Assistant/Associate/Full Professor) in computer Science. The position will be housed in the Department of Computer Science in the Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics. KIMEP University is the most prestigious and dynamic university in Kazakhstan and Central Asia, serving approximately 3,000 students in a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs. The Department of Computer Science houses the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Bachelor of Science in Information Systems programs.
Qualifications
Applicants must have earned a doctorate in computer science or related discipline from an accredited institution and a minimum of three years of teaching experience. Student teaching counts toward this requirement.

Compensation
Position and salary are competitive and commensurate with experience and qualifications. After-tax pay compares favorably with take-home pay in Western countries. Combined with the low cost of living, the salary becomes even more competitive in real terms.
Limited on-campus housing is available for rent. In addition to salary, a benefits package includes basic healthcare, reduced tuition fees for KIMEP courses, and relocation allowance. Paid summer tuition is typically available. The salary will be subject to a 10% income tax deduction.
