An animal rescue worker is making everyone on the Internet jealous of what she found in the outdoor living department of her local Walmart store in Arkansas. Listen, as someone who shops a lot, I’ve never come home with something so fantastic. Do I sell dish towels? Clear. Newborn kittens and their mother? Never!
Just take a look at this very special Walmart find!
The cute video was shared by @sarahmrichardson86’s TikTok account and people are very jealous of this ‘Walmart find’. One person commented: “I would have grabbed that box so quick, scanned my premium seats, paid and gone home. So glad they were redeemed.” Another added: “So cute! Cracking a little with the “Scotchguard” fabric for the box cushions. Mom said let’s see.” LOL! Another responded: “One of my cats was a kitten from Walmart! Their litter was Wally, Marty, Martha and wallDrug.”

If you want to help a stray cat mom and her babies, unless you find them at a Walmart or other store, there are some steps you should take!
What to do if you find a mother cat and her babies
You must first observe from a distance, as if the cat is wild she may run away and leave her kittens if you approach her.
If Mom seems friendly, needs help, or she leaves the babies and you can sneak up on them, you can provide her with a safe, warm place to keep them, whether it’s a cardboard box or a lidless storage box. and towels or blankets. You can also leave food and water. If the cat is in a dangerous location, such as near a road, you can place the shelter away from the cat but within its line of sight in hopes that mommy will move her babies there.
You should ask your neighbors and social media if anyone has lost their cat, because sometimes mother cats leave the house to give birth in privacy.
The Humane Society suggests that it is never too early to start contacting local rescue groups and shelters about foster homes, low-cost spay/neuter and other veterinary resources, and trap-neuter return programs in your area. If the mother cat or babies appear sick or injured, place them in a carrier and take them to the veterinarian or local animal rescue group.
We are so happy this sweet cat ended up at this wonderful rescue to help her with her kittens! I’m sure they will all be healthy and safe now, and I hope they will all be spayed or neutered when they are ready and go to wonderful homes.
