Grapevine’s Buchanan Technologies acquires Dallas-based tech spa » Dallas innovates

Buchanan Technologies, a Grapevine-based provider of managed IT and cloud services, has acquired Technology Spa, a Dallas-based provider of cloud orchestration and business productivity solutions.
“Technology Spa has a proven track record of expanded cloud orchestration capabilities and best-in-class cloud assessment tools,” said Jim Buchanan, founder and CEO of Buchanan Technologies, in a statement.
Combining the two teams would further enhance their cloud capabilities, he said, adding: “Together, we will continue to provide a robust and scalable set of services to our valued customers, enabling them to fully leverage the cloud and stay ahead of the latest news in the sector”. Tendencies.”
Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
Technology Spa was founded 20 years ago as a hosting services division of a digital marketing company and became an independent business in 2015. The company helps companies navigate digital transformation, specializing in cloud platforms like Microsoft 365, AWS and ServiceNow.
Buchanan Technologies said the acquisition will help drive its expansion and support its leadership in managed IT as the company continues to grow as a “premier provider of managed and outsourced cloud solutions.”

Levy added that companies want to combine their strengths and “achieve great things together” with a continued focus on excellence.

Buchanan Technologies said it is backed by Lightview Capital.
Technology Spa was represented by IT ExchangeNet, a leader in small and medium-sized IT mergers and acquisitions with a focus on key channel partners, VARs, MSPs and MSSPs.
