EPIC Appoints New Managing Director for Entertainment and Sports Division

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants (EPIC) announced the addition of Steve Gaches (pictured) as managing director of its entertainment and sports division.

Gaches, based in Nashville, Tennessee, brings more than a decade of legal and business experience in the entertainment industry to his new role.

Prior to joining EPIC, he led the legal and business affairs group for music and comedy tours at William Morris Endeavor (WME), a global talent agency. At WME, Gaches played a key role in navigating legal complexities and fostering the growth of the company’s music and touring businesses.

Scott Davis, president of national specialties and risk management at EPIC, highlighted Gaches’ experience as intended to bolster the practice.

“Steve has a deep understanding of the entertainment industry. His experience in live events, music licensing, contracts and intellectual property will greatly enhance our capabilities and service offerings to clients across the entertainment ecosystem. We are excited to expand EPIC’s entertainment expertise in the Nashville region under Steve’s leadership,” said Davis.
