Kathy Wakile’s restaurant, Pizza Love, opened in 2017 in Wyckoff, New Jersey — “a big collaborative effort” between her, her husband Rich Wakile, and two friends with restaurant industry experience.
“It’s something I’ve wanted for a long time,” she said. Page Six at the time. “I’ve talked about this in the past, but the timing wasn’t right, [and] now I have time to dedicate myself to this.”
Years later, Kathy’s delicious Italian restaurant continues to thrive. “It’s great, we’re very happy with it,” The Real Housewives of New Jersey alumnus shared on the July 14 episode of Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen. Kathy stopped by Clubhouse to share details of her successful pizza and cannoli business, delighting host Andy Cohen with a tray of her delicious cannolis when she arrived.

Just one look at Pizza Love’s Instagram account is enough to make our mouths water.
According to the restaurant’s website, the business was originally started by Darryl Dueltgen, who was a “family friend and operator of one of the Gencarelli restaurants” in New Jersey. Dueltgen then enlisted Kathy, “a longtime friend of Gencarelli’s,” as a partner in the restaurant, considering her “incredible passion for the restaurant business and culinary arts in general.”

In addition to living her best pizza life, Kathy is still making her delicious cannolis.
Kathy, who wrote the cookbook Indulge: Delicious little desserts that make life truly sweet In 2014, she used to sell cannoli kits through QVC. Now, the New Jersey mom is distributing her homemade cannolis through Goldbelly, a “curated marketplace for gourmet food and gifts.”
According to Kathy’s Goldbelly page, you can buy a 24-pack of her delicious cannolis for $54.95.
“These made-from-scratch cannolis are just like the ones Kathy’s grandmother used to make,” the product description reads. “Each shell is filled with a sweet ricotta cream and sprinkled with chocolate chips for a flavor unlike anything you’ve ever had.”
According to the Instagram account Indulge by Kathy Wakile, she doesn’t just make chocolate chip cannolis, but a variety of desserts with sprinkles, pistachios, and raspberry zest.
